DELIVERY TERMS

All prices on this website, in catalogs, in price lists, and in quotations are F.C.A. seller's shipping point unless otherwise noted. Delivery of the goods to the carrier at seller's shipping point shall constitute delivery to buyer and buyer shall bear all risk of loss or damage in transit. In practice, our trade terms with buyers with an account are CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid).

FREIGHT POLICY

Unless otherwise agreed, Norlab reserves the right to choose the carrier and means of transport. Shipping fees and special handling charges, such as environment-controlled or hazardous item shipping fees, will be added to the invoice. Delivery dates set in a Norlab quotation or order acknowledgement are based on estimates at the time of the quotation or order acknowledgement. Norlab shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the products in accordance with the set delivery dates. However, Norlab shall not be liable for any late delivery or any failure to deliver a product.
